Processing & Shipping Time
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare and pack your order—especially during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
- FedEx: 3–5 business days
- Note: Shipping time begins after the carrier receives your package.
- Going on vacation or need a gift in time? We recommend placing your order early or choosing FedEx at checkout.
- Remote Area Notice: Some remote locations may require in-person pickup once the package arrives.
Shipping Costs & Customs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- In most cases, you won't need to pay any additional customs duties—we cover those costs in your shipping fee.
- However, rare exceptions may apply in certain regions with special import regulations.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. When your order ships, you'll get a second email with tracking information.

Delays & Disclaimers
1. Force Majeure
We work hard to deliver your order on time, but please understand that delays may occur due to: Customs inspections, Postal service disruptions, Natural disasters or extreme weather, National holidays or emergencies. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these factors.
2. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you realize there's a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible—we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Please check the front and back of your house, garage or nearby mailboxes
- Contact the carrier directly
- Negotiate with us in a friendly manner to see if a replacement package can be sent
4. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to item availability or size. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment if this occurs.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, we can reship it to you. Additional shipping fees may apply. If you choose not to have it reshipped, we'll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
